We are frequently asked if different formulas can be combined, and the answer is a resounding YES! Our formulas work beautifully together. 

Here are some combinations that can amplify what you need to find your joy:

Elevate works well with all formulas.
Made to be taken morning, noon or night, Elevate can improve mood without drowsiness, provide some nervous system regulation in conjunction with our energy boosting Motivate, add calm to your focus with Concentrate, and also dial up the relaxation in the evening and compliment our Hibernate formula.

Our daytime designed formulas work amazingly together as well.
Motivate offers energy while Concentrate offers focus and balance. Together, a pleasant outcome that combines alertness and motivation with mental acuity is the result.  While each person is different, we recommend starting with one full Concentrate and one HALF Motivate to test the waters, then increase (or decrease) accordingly.

What about mixing day formulas with Hibernate? 
Our Hibernate formula is designed to help you sleep at the dosage of one full gummy or more. While a nibble of the Hibernate during the day with other supplements will create less drowsiness, we advise keeping them separate so you don’t negate the desired effects you’d like.
