Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING
We do our best to fulfill orders within 4-6 business days of receiving them. Please contact us with any questions or status requests. Orders should reach you within 1-5 business days once shipped.

MISSING PACKAGES
Please alert us as quickly as possible if your package shows as delivered but has not arrived. For both domestic and international shipping, we require notification within 45 days of ship date that packages have not arrived so that we may submit claims in a timely manner. After this time period, we cannot honor refunds or replacements. 

RETURNS
Please inspect your products as soon as you receive them. We will address return requests on a case by case basis.
